Komo VR 1005 TT CNC Router - Manufactured Year: 1995. Good condition, stored at manufacturer's facitlity- not in a plant or in production. Number one spindle has fresh rebuild on it as well as a new air cylinder. Number three spindle has a fresh rebuild.

  • All specifications below are believed to be correct, but may need to be verified.
  • 230V, 3PH power draw
  • Twin 60 " X 60 " tables that can operate independently to be unloaded/loaded on one side while the other is in process, or locked together for a 10' x 5' work area.
  • Equipped with (4) 7.5HP routing spindles, variable speed from 6,000 to 18,000 RPM and (4) 7HP piggyback spindles mounted to the main heads.
  • All axes ride on profiled way and bearing systems, and utilize AC servo motors driving precision ball screws for X & Y axis rapid speeds up to 1,000 IPM at tolerances of .001 " , X-Axis travel is 162 " , Y axis is 87 " , Z axis is 8 " with 12 " of bridge clearance.
  • Fanuc OMC controller with 9 " monochrome 9 " CRT, hand wheel pendant, RS-232 port for PC communication, cutter and tool height compensation, and feed rate and spindle speed override
  • Comes with approx. 25HP Quincy Vacuum pump
