Large lot of used Gravity Conveyor that would be graded as Heavy Duty and permanent if being sold new. It's out of a furniture and casegoods plant that has gone to reduced conveying of work and more to work cells instead.

The brands of the conveyor are primarily MTD and Ashland. The conveyor varies in condition at bit. Some of it is in great condition with silver rollers and was just recently taken out of service. Others have been stored already for some time in one of the company's warehouses and have minor surface rust or browning. We've just started to store some of it outside after spraying it down with lithium grease as best as possible and covering it. The conveyor should clean up pretty easily overall for reinstallation.
The majority of the conveyor is in 10ft sections. There are some shorter pieces and fill in pieces that are 3-4ft. Some of these I didn't even count in the approximation of how much footage is here. There are some completely empty frames I didn't count. Some conveyors have a lot more rollers than every 6 inches. A few are more sparsely spaced then every 6 inches. There are also some skatewheel inserts that may fit inbetween this conveyor and some other miscellaneous pieces included. All this conveyor will fill approx. 2 truckloads.
Replacement cost for the conveyor is approx. $500 per 10ft with two stands. Therefore this lot would cost well over $100,000 new. All measurements approx. Conveyor is sold
