Maximum width of tenon 0 - 3 & 15/16" without radius. Maximum thickness of tenon 1/8" - 1 & 3/16". Maximum dept of tenon 0 - 1 & 15/16".
Quick adjustments for tenon profile change.
Twin station machine, each station has it's own adjustable table and clamp. (2) 14 " x 9" tables - they tilt 0-20 degrees up and down, left to right. Each table has vertical height adjustment and overhead pneumatic holddowns.
A single cutterhead traverses back and forth between the stations so one part can be processed while the other station has a part being loaded or unloaded. This allows for continuous operation.
Cut cycle is fully automatic and a variable speed drive has been added to control the speed of the cutting cycle to handle different types of wood that may be more difficult to cut. Cutterhead traverses in climb cut on both tables.
4HP - 9,000 RPM, belt driven spindle. 1HP rotational movement of cutterhead (cutting cycle).
Straight, simple or compound angles are adjusted with tables.
