The Ruvo 500 is a machine designed for residential, commercial and architectural door manufacturing where flexibility is important. The machine can process interior and exterior doors.
This machine can machine door or door and hinge jamb.
The cylinder lock/deadbolt and latch drilling is automatic.
The machine has a power feed sizer/beveler with air routers to ease corners. It will allow straight or beveled hinge style.

Hinge and faceplate mortise templates are built-in and mortising is manual.
Hinge locations are infinitely adjustable and allow for up to (4) hinges.
Capacity of the machine is 6'6" to 9' door height, width 1'6" to 4', thickness 1 3/8" to 2 1/4" thick, hinge sizes 3 1/2" to 5" with a 1/4" or 5/8" radius, jamb width 1 1/4" to 10" and up 9' in length, lock backset to 5" beveled or straight stiles, lock backset to 5", and latchplate 1 1/4" to 8".
