Safety Features

Safety Guard

A safety guard is included with each saw covering both infeed and outfeed to keep operator's hands away from the blade during operation. The adjustable fingers on the infeed are designed to minimize the opening to keep hands away from the cutting blade. Clear plastic covers allow the operator to view towards the cutting line to ensure no impediments are near.

Blade Access Door

Provides full access to the saw blade for convenient blade changes. The door is equipped with a microswitch so that the machine will not operate when the door is open. 

Pneumatic Actuated Foot Pedal

Equipped with an electro-pneumatic foot pedal for convenient operation.

Saw Controls

The controls are located on top of the table, so the operator has convenient access to turn the machine on or off.  The pneumatics can also be turned off to eliminate the stroke where necessary.
