FJ - Demo Model
The FJ is a Finger Joint Machine that utilizes a dual spindle PLC machining center for producing high quality finger joint miters used in cabinet door manufacturing. It includes two 5 HP motors for cutting the miter, two 1 HP spindles for drilling dowel holes. There is a hogging tool to remove the majority of material before the finger joint is cut. This saves on tooling costs for finger joint tools. The FJ is driven and controlled by a Galil PLC. This means there is no complicated computer to operate or repair. There is no CNC motion on this machine. It is entirely controlled by PLC, pneumatics and relays.

FMD - Demo Model
The FMD is a PLC driven machining center used for producing high quality haunch joints, which are used in cabinet door applications. The haunch blades cut each side of the haunch in one single pass. The FMD can haunch and mortise on both stiles and rails. The router spindles cut mortises on the rail and stile ends of the work piece. The FMD will produce an estimated 200-250 doors per shift.
