OMAL HBD 1300 MF Horizontal Bore, Glue and Dowel Machine

The HBD 1300 is a point to point drilling gluing and dowel inserting machine. The machine offers a full PC interface. The standard version supports edge and face boring with heavy duty, double outlet clamps and double depth horizontal drilling unit. The machine has a 1300 mm working field divided in two zones 650 each with up to 4 independent zones and pendulum processing. A large variety of possible options can be added to the composition to accommodate many production requirements including hinge drilling, drilling for hardware like the Rafix and Minifix, pocket screwing, grooving, horizontal and vertical routing, etc.
