5-axis processing center designed to meet a wide variety of high-speed machining needs for milling advanced, compound materials, special or stratified resins, thermo-formed elements, unusually shaped 3D elements, and components for the aeronautical sector, boats, and the car industry.

Electrospindle head has a reduced size, offering structural rigidity while damping vibration, and can be equipped with spindles in three different sizes (6.5 Kw, 11 Kw, and 15 Kw), depending upon the type of machining required. Heads can be configured with continuous rotation, electrospindle encoders, direct encoders, and pneumatic brakes on the rotary axis.

Reduced tool change time - tools are easy to load thanks to a magazine accessible through a door, as well as an optional rotating magazine that holds up to 16 tools. The Materia CL can be equipped with a contact thickness traser or a laser probe for tool pre-setting, and a radio frequency thickness tracer for acquiring the piece coordinated and dimensions.

Materia CL can be configured with four different work tables: open gridded, stratified phenolic resin grid, gridded aluminum, or gridded aluminum with "t" slots obtained from steel plates.
