Italpresse provides single daylight and multi-daylight continuous cycle complete pressing lines to finish wood-based panels (chipboard, MDF, plywood, wood strips, etc.) with coatings such as veneers, laminates (HPL, CPL), papers (light papers, finish foils) or plastic sheets (PVC, ABS, PE, acrylic, etc.).

Standard formats: widths from 1,300 up to 2,200 mm and lengths from 1,300 up to 5,200 mm.

Heating systems available: electric heater with diathermic oil or water, heating platens with electric resistances, set-up for connection with external heating systems.

Temperatures possible: up to 300 °C.

Type of heating platens available: assembled steel, solid steel platens drilled for circulation of heating fluid, aluminium with electric resistances, steel drilled platens with armored elements.

Thrusts available: from 50 to 250 tons.

The configuration of the pressing line can be customized thanks to a wide range of automated systems for feeding, spreading glue, coupling, unloading and stacking panels.
