The main component in this system is pictured in the 2nd picture, the 12" wide glue spreader for strips. It is mounted on a stand as pictured in the first picture in the listing. Instead of an integrated spreader into the conveyor like the common shorter unit, the conveyors supplied would still have the same thin moving chain to move the strips down line.

25’ infeed, 25’ outfeed stainless steel chain conveyorized glue spreader for easy gluing applicator setup and out-feeding downline.

Grooved rubber roller for water-based wood working glue spreader.

Removable stainless steel conveyor belt, glue pan, doctor blade and glue roll assembly for quick and easy clean-up.

Use the adjustable stainless steel doctor blade to adjust the glue spread thickness.

The glue applicator and conveyor are driven by industrial 1/2 HP total enclosure motor.

All components are made of high-quality materials, heavy-duty sheet metal frame for durability and long usage.
